When you’re ready to take a fresh look at your relationship with money and wealth, how you feel<\/em> about it, and how you\u2019d like it to fit into your lifestyle \u2014 our first step is a simple one: a relaxed initial conversation.<\/p>\n

This isn’t a sales pitch or a test. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to ask questions, and for me to understand what you\u2019re hoping to get from financial coaching. We\u2019ll talk about what\u2019s on your mind and I\u2019ll explain how I work and what you can expect.<\/p>\n

A<\/strong>n Introductory Call<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our first chat is around 60 minutes, held confidentially over Microsoft Teams or face-to-face if we can organise this. There\u2019s no pressure and absolutely no judgement \u2014 just a human conversation, where you can explore whether coaching with me feels like the right fit for you.<\/p>\n

If we decide to work together, we\u2019ll shape a coaching programme around you and your life. Most people find that committing to a block of six sessions gives the right amount of space to start unpicking deeper beliefs and building lasting change.<\/p>\n

Why More Than One Session?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Coaching isn\u2019t a quick fix. This is about you<\/em> \u2014 your story, your values, your behaviours, and what you want your relationship with money to look like in the future.<\/p>\n

Transformation takes time, energy, and honesty. It needs a bit of courage and a safe space to open up, reflect, challenge yourself, and build new habits. A single session might spark awareness, but real shifts usually happen over time. That\u2019s why I offer programmes in six-session blocks, with flexibility to continue if you\u2019d like to go deeper.<\/p>\n
